摘    要:建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定香蕉中的三唑醇残留的方法。样品中三唑醇经乙睛提取,氟罗里硅土小柱净化,以C18反相柱为分析柱,甲醇-0.05%甲酸溶液为流动相,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱多反应监测,电喷雾正电离源(ESI+),外标法定量。三唑醇在0~0.16mg/L范围内均与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9991。香蕉中三唑醇的最低检出限为1.0μg/kg,回收率为87.8%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为4.8%~10%。结果表明该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适合香蕉样品中的三唑醇残留分析。
