| Abstract: | Capital management is an enterprise act aimed at the maximum increase in capital by means of optimization of productive elements as well as an effective means for state-owned enterprise to realize capital appreciation of stock. This article analyses necessities for state-owned enterprises to exercise capital management. It also gwes ideas for capital management and deals with problems that should be noticed in the practice. |
