超声相控阵技术检测高压氮气贮罐

摘    要:中石化巴陵分公司一装置的高压氮气贮罐板材厚大且无法停车检验。采用超声相控阵技术对其对接焊缝进行了检测,并与常规超声波检测进行了对比。发现常规超声波漏检5处较严重缺陷;超声相控阵检测发现的缺陷比常规超声长且浅;超声相控阵检测工作量为常规超声的1/4。对比结果表明,超声相控阵技术具有缺陷检出能力强、可靠性高和工作效率高等优点。

Abstract:Ultrasonic phased array and routine ultrasonic technology were applied in the detection of the butt welds of high-pressure nitrogen vessels in Baling Company of SINOPEC,which had abnormal thickness and could not be stopped for detection.As compared with ultrasonic phased array,five serious defects were undetected by routine ultrasonic,and the length and depth of defect detected by routine ultrasonic was longer and deeper,and the workload of routine ultrasonic was four times as much as ultrasonic phased arra...
