摘    要:本文通过对某型号压缩机箱体的研究,在多种软件的辅助分析下,通过采用最小二乘逼进理论及MATLAB这一数学工具,建立了以影响箱体重量的五个几何尺寸为设计变量、以箱体重量为目标函数、以箱体承受应力为约束的优化模型。通过优化设计软件,求得了其最优解。在求解的过程中,通过多种途径对建模、优化进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper was mainly concerned with the optimization of the weight of a kind of compressor housing. Aided by the analysis of the multiple software , the paper adopted the least square regression theory and MATLAB tools, and successfully built up the optimization model as following: the five thickness dimension of the housing were treated as five independent variables; the weight of housing was treated as object function; the stress of the housing was treated as the constrain condition. Aided by the optimization software, a satisfactory result was obtained. During the solving process, a series of verifications were done for each step of modeling and solving to guarantee the correctness of the optimization result.
