| 摘 要： | 阐释了艺术教育对人的智慧、道德、情感、意志、品格、审美等的发展，对追求精神生活质量以及人类走向更高的文明将起着不可估量的作用．同时，也着重强调科学与艺术本为一体，是人类智慧最伟大的两个领域，进行艺术教育的思想是培养全面和谐发展的人，并呼吁更多的教育者站在时代发展的高度，着眼于国际人才培养趋势来充分认识艺术教育．

| Abstract: | Art education marks a change or a turning point in Chinese education from an examination type to a quality type.With the change,art education has fully found its particular position and application in the whole national education.In this paper it is illuminated that art education will play a very important role in the development of human intelligence.morality,emotions.will,character and aesthetic perception and in seeking the quality of human spirit life and a more advanced civilization.It is also emphasized that both science and art are the two greatest fields of human intelligence and they have been born to be a harmonious whole.The theory of art education is to make ones development perfect.More and more educators are called on to stand on the frontier of our age to fully understand the need of art education in training international people of talent. |
