应用主成分与数据包络组合分析方法评价高等学校人才培养工作

人才培养是高等学校的主要任务,院系是大学内部人才培养工作的落实单位,建立科学的教学工作评价机制,有利于促进人才培养的中心地位。改变大多数教育评价以定性为主的现象,利用主成分分析和数据包络分析这两种方法的原理,建立二者结合的组合评价方法,进行定量的评价和分析,促进了教学工作评价的科学性。

Evaluation on university personnel training based on the combination of principal component analysis and data envelope analysis

Personnel training is the main task of the university.Faculties of the University are the implementation of personnel training work units.It is conducive to promote the work of the teaching centre to establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism for faculty teaching.This paper integrates education management and technical and economic evaluation' s knowledge and means to follow certain principles,and establishes teaching evaluation index system.It changes most teaching assessment based on the qualitative analysis.Using principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis' principle,establishes the combination of evaluation methods.So it can be quantitative evaluation and analysis for teaching,and scientific for the teaching evaluation.
