摘    要:论文介绍一种摩擦式微位移机构的工作平台,分析了该实验平台的结构和工作原理,对该系统的硬件设计和软件设计进行讨论。实验结果表明,该系统满足实验平台要求。

Abstract:A kind of the micro displacement-working table in which friction gear actuates the flexible hinge was described in this paper. According to the analysis of the structure and the working principle of the microdisplacement table, the system of hardware and software were designed. Experiments have shown that the proposed system could achieve the system design request.
