高硫烟煤取代重油制合成气工艺技术探讨

摘    要:对Texaco气化、Shell气化和CFB气化技术进行了比较 ,并就Texaco气化工艺流程和气化压力的选择等进行了分析。着重阐述了Texaco气化气的变换、脱硫、脱碳和精炼等技术 ,建议在4 0MPa条件下 ,以高硫烟煤为原料 ,采用Texaco激冷流程进行气化 ,耐硫变换催化剂进行CO变换 ,NHD法脱硫脱碳 ,低温变换串甲烷化法精炼 ,并推荐了以高硫烟煤取代重油为原料制氨、氢气和甲醇等产品的技术改造工艺流程

Abstract:The gasification technologies of Texaco,Shell and CFB process are compared.The choosing of flow chart and pressure of Texaco gasification process are analyzed,and the carbon monoxide conversion,sulphide removing,CO 2 removing and refinement technologies for Texaco coal gas are described.The suggested process is gasification at 4 0MPa by Texaco quenching process,carbon monoxide conversion by sulphur resisting conversion catalyst,CO 2 and sulphide removing by NHD method,and refinement by low temperature conversion plus methanization.The processes for producing ammonia,hydrogen and methanol by using high sulphur soft coal as raw material are recommended.
