摘    要:内燃机变工况下排气污染物测量所需的瞬态测功机,价格昂贵、使用复杂,制约着对内燃机变工况的研究。为解决该问题,开发了一种基于普通电涡流测功机和常规仪器设备的内燃机变工况下污染物排放测试系统,并针对车用内燃机面工况运行的特点,设计了几种适合该系统需要的变工况过程,如恒转速加转矩、恒转速减转矩、恒转矩加转速和恒转矩减转速的变工况过程.用该测试系统对6110直喷式柴油机变工况下的污染物排放进行了测量,结果表现出较好的规律性,说明该测试方法可以满足车用内燃机变工况下污染物排放的试验研究要求.

Abstract:To solve the problem that the transient dynamometer is expensive and difficult to control to measure exhaust emissions from internal combustion engine(ICE) at transient operating conditions,a test system based on common devices,such as electric swirl dynamometer and other ordinary devices,is brought forward.Automotive ICE has a large variable rang of rpm and torque,some transient operating conditions adapting to this system,such as constant rpm and increasing torque,constant rpm and decreasing torque,constant torque and increasing rpm,as well as constant torque and decreasing rpm,were designed at the same time.The exhaust emissions from 6110 D.I diesel engine at transient operating conditions were tested using this system.Experimental results show that the variations of exhaust emissions have favorable orderliness.This means that the test system is able to be used to study the exhaust emissions of automotive ICE at transient operating conditions.
