基于电流信号的带式输送机现场状态监测技术研究

摘    要:为了了解带式输送机的现场运行状况,使其发挥最高效率,通过大量理论研究与试验发现:带式输送机系统的许多故障信息是以调制的形式存在于所监测的电器信号与减速器振动信号中。通过监测用硬件解调电路及软件希尔伯特变换解调的信号可以达到对整个带式输送机系统运行状态的监测。

Abstract:In order to monitor the belt machine and make it working in the rated load,the theoretical research on the belt machine is carried and carry out an imitating experiment.Pass a great deal of theories research with experiment,there is a detection that many state informations of the machine system are modulated in the electric signal and the vibration signal.If monitor those signals that demodulated from the electric signal and the vibration signal,then can attain to state of the whole belt machine system.
