斜销-齿条-转盘机构径向抽拔多型芯压铸模

摘    要:分析了碗形铝合金压铸件的工艺特点,该压铸件上有12个周向均布带通孔的凸台,压铸时需要多型芯径向抽芯.若采用斜销-滑块侧向分型抽芯机构,则需要采用12个斜销-滑块机构进行径向抽芯,模具结构复杂,整体性差.为此给出一种特殊结构的压铸模,该模具利用斜销-齿条-转盘机构完成多型芯径向抽芯,简化了模具结构.针对铸件孔对铸件包紧力较大和铸件壁薄的的特点,采用推套推出铸件,保证了铸件端面平整.
