| 摘 要： | 对现有薄壁外圈断裂轴承的结构进行了分析,制定出薄壁外圈断裂轴承卡环的压装方案,设计加工了相应的工装;介绍了卡环的压装过程,并指出了压装中应注意的问题;通过对压装试验后的结果进行分析,为结构相同或相似轴承卡环的压装找到了一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | The structure of the existing thin-walled bearings with split outer ring is analyzed,and a pressing scheme is formulated for clamping rings of the bearings and the corresponding equipments are designed.The pressing process for clamping rings is introduced,and the problems that should be paid attention to are pointed out.By analysis of the test results,an effective method is found for pressing clamping ring. |
