熵权法在炮兵战场目标价值评价中的应用

建立战场目标价值的评价体系，并采用熵权法的评价方法对目标价值进行评价。首先根据炮兵分队作战实际，采用德尔菲法建立评价指标体系，在有m个评价指标，n个被评价对象的评价问题中，按照定量与定性相结合的原则，建立一个多指标的评价矩阵。然后制定评价指标的评分标准，最后进行战场目标价值的评判。
