| 摘 要： | 利用实测资料统计、理论分析和数学模型计算等方法,对黄河下游排洪输沙基本功能的表征因子、影响因素和判别指标进行了探讨.研究表明,黄河下游河槽排洪输沙基本功能可以用输沙指标、平滩流量、水位涨率、滩地分流比和洪水传播时间等因子表征;河槽宽度、滩槽阻力、比降、河势等对排洪功能影响较大,流量、含沙量、泥沙组成和断面形态等对输沙功能影响较大.黄河下游河槽排洪输沙基本功能的主要判别指标为:黄河下游河槽平滩流量4 000～5 000m3/s,黄河下游游荡性河道主河槽宽度以1 000～1 200m为宜,断面河相系数应在16m1/2/m左右,平滩流量下高村断面每增加1 000m3/s流量的水位涨幅不大于0.35m,高村断面滩地分流比不大于45%.
