玉米在港口散粮装卸中的破碎问题

摘    要:在散粮输送系统中玉米的破碎是一个引起降等的严重问题。本文着重探讨了东北玉米在港口散粮装卸系统中的破碎原因。破碎量增加值及解决方法;通过试验我们得出玉米在港口散粮装卸系统中破碎增加量可达20-30%,造成玉米在系统中破碎的主要原因为入仓时的高度差造成的冲击及粮流和皮带机头部之间的冲击,降低破碎的最好办法是降低输送中的冲击速度,采用在皮带头部加缓冲帘,在仓内加导流折板可使破碎增加量控制在2%以内。

Abstract:The breakage of corn in bulk grain handling system is a severe problem that reduce the grain grade and quality.The reason and increment of corn breakage in grain terminal and how to solve the problem are discussed.The experimentation showed that the main reason of corn breakage in grain terminal is huge impact.It is proved that the best way to reduce corn breakage in bulk grain handling system is to reduce the transfer speed.Based on this principle the step-by-step ducts in silo and suspend buffer-belts in the head-cover of belt-conveyor are developed,and generally the corn breakage can be reduced from about 30% to below 2%.It is suggested that the corn breakage should be controlled as a whole,from harvest to end-user.
