中和法与水热法制铁氧体粉末对比实验研究

摘    要:中和法和水热法制备粉体是目前常用的制备超细粉体材料的方法。通过对这两种方法进行制备铁氧体粉末的对比实验研究发现,中和法和水热法制得的粉体在性能上存在一些差异。水热法制得的粉体比中和法制得的粉体具有更好的分散性能、更窄、更细小的粒径范围和更大的比表面积。

STUDY ON THE CONTRASTING EXPERIMENTS OF THE FERRITE POWDERS PREPARED BY THE NEUTRALIZTION AND THE HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS PROCESS
Abstract:The neutralization and the hydrothermal synthesis process are common methods used to produce extra fine powders. Condulting the contrasting experiments of the ferrite powders prepared by two methods, we found that the ferrite powders produced by them had some difference in powders properties. The ferrite powders obtained by the hydrothermal synthesis process had better dispersed performance, narrower and smaller particle size and higher specific area than those obtained by the neutralization.
