变频器应用中的干扰问题及其抑制对策

摘    要:变频器因其很好的调速、节能性能,在各行各业中获得了广泛的应用。但它的非线性、冲击性的用电方式,带来的干扰问题日益引起人们的重视。变频器的干扰途径主要有电磁辐射、传导、感应耦合。为防止干扰,可采用硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰。在工程上可采用隔离、滤波、屏蔽、接地等抗干扰措施。

Abstract:The frequency converter is widely used in all industries due to its good speed regulation and energy saving. Its power eonsumption mode of non -linearity and impaet nature has brought to interference problems, which attracts the attention gradually. Its interference way covers mainly electric magnetic radiation, conduction and induction coupling, The hardware and software can be take to prevent from the interference, The anti -interference measures including isolation, filtering, screening and grounding, etc. can be applied for engineering.
