石油化工装置工艺管道设计的合理性探讨

Discussion on Rationality of Process Pipeline Design for Chemical Plants

In recent years, with the rapid development of our social economy, petroleum and chemical industry has been developing, the scale of petrochemical plants also expands continually. Chemical plant piping design is directly related to the normal operation of the equipment and personal safety of the staff, so the reasonable design of chemical plant piping is very important. Because the design requirements of petrochemical plant piping are more stringent, petrochemical plant piping design is restricted by a variety of factors. If the design is improper, serious safety accidents will happen, such as air poisoning, fire and explosion. In this paper, the problems that should pay attention in the design of petrochemical plant process piping were introduced, the rationality of the design was discussed, which can provide a reference for pipeline design personnel.
