柠檬酸改性糠醛渣的制备

摘    要:研究了柠檬酸改性糠醛渣的制备过程和条件。首先对糠醛渣进行预处理,然后分别用20%的异丙醇和20%的氢氧化钠溶液处理,最后用柠檬酸对其进行改性,得到柠檬酸改性糠醛渣。讨论了反应时间,反应温度,柠檬酸溶液浓度,固液比等因素对改性的影响。结果表明:当反应时间60 min,反应温度80℃,柠檬酸质量浓度100 g/L,固液比1︰3时获得的改性糠醛渣吸附亚甲基蓝效果最好,去除率可达到98.2%。

Abstract:The preparation process of modified furfural residue with citric acid was studied as well as the optimum conditions for modification. The furfural residue was first pretreated, then it was treated by 20%isopropanol and 20%sodium hydroxide solution, at last the furfural residue was modified by citric acid to obtain the citric acid modified furfural residue. Effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, citric acid solution concentration, ratio of solid to liquid on the modification were investigated. The results show that,the best modification conditions are as follows:reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 80 ℃, citric acid concentration 100 g/L, ratio of solid to liquid 1︰4. The modified furfural residue has good adsorption for methylene blue solution, removal rate can reach to 98.2%.
