固体循环气流干燥器湿含量分布的研究

摘    要:本文研究了固体返料气流干燥器的停留时间分布、干燥时间分布及湿含量分布,建立了湿含量分布密度函数,并就七水硫酸亚铁的干燥进行了模拟计算、结果表明:循环比的大小对产品的湿含量分布具有重要影响。

Abstract:The distribution of moisture content for flash dryers with Circulating system ofsolids was investigated, The density function for distribution of moisture content was developed' The moisture content contribution of drying FeSO4 7H2O was calculated. The resultsshow a significant effect Of the circulation -- ratio on the distribution of moisture content.When the circulation --- ratio is increased, the fraction of the dryer particales in the productrises the average moisture content decreases, and the distribution of moisture content becomes more dispersive.
