基于有线电话网的供热温度采集系统设计

摘    要:为解决集中供热过程中因无法监测供热效果所导致的供热不足或能源浪费问题,提出了实时监测远端居室内实际温度的技术与系统实现方法,给出了温度采集和通信机的硬件和软件的设计方案,论述了温度采集和通信机的工作过程。该系统应用ATmega-16L微控制器、CMX865调制解调器等电路实现嵌入电话机中的实时温度采集终端和指挥控制中心服务器的FSK(Frequency Shift Keying)电话通信。测试结果表明,该系统具有结构简单、功耗低、工作稳定等优点,实现了对室内实时监测供热的有效控制。

Abstract:To resolve the problem of insufficient heat supply and energy dissipation caused by can't monitoring the heat effect in the process of beat supply, the design and implementation methods of real-time monitoring far end interior temperature were proposed. Meanwhile, hardware design, software solution and working processing of temperature collection and communicator were discussed in detail. Atmegal-16L microcontroller and CMX865 modem were embedded in telephone to collect far end temperature and control FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) to make telephone communication. Test results show that the system has the advantages of simple in structure, low power consumption and stable working. It effectively realizes the real-time monitoring of far end interior temperature.
