柴油机高压共轨式燃油喷射系统的仿真研究

摘    要:为了能在无实验条件下方便地研究高压共轨燃油喷射系统的工作规律,借鉴了电控共轨燃油系统的结构和原理.在建立了共轨系统整体物理模型的基础上,利用计算机软件HYDSIM对某型实验台架上的高压共轨燃油系统进行了仿真,将利用仿真模型计算出来的喷油量MAP图、轨压波动等数据与实测的数据进行了对比.验证数据点的误差和曲线整体走向来判定仿真所得MAP图的准确度.将起喷阶段3个轨压设定下的轨压波动曲线图进行对比分析,考察其波动幅度及相位的变化,分析了误差产生原因.验证发现,仿真模型准确可靠,可用于共轨系统的模拟研究.

Abstract:In order to research the high pressure common rail fuel injection system's work regular pattern without experiment,according to the configuration and the principium of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system,a physical model of the system was established.Based on the physical model,a system which was used on an experiment table was emulated by using HYDSIM software.By comparing the emulated results such as the injection quantity and the pressure in the rail with the results which was gotten in the experiments,the reasons which had caused error were found.Through certification,the emulated model was proved to be accurate and reliable.It can be used in the high pressure common rail fuel injection system's simulation study.
