柳钢全连续棒材轧制技术的应用

摘    要:介绍了柳钢全连续棒材生产线的工艺、设备、控制系统的设计和性能特点,分析了从1999年底投产以来的生产情况及存在问题,对孔型系统、导卫系统、小规格单线产量低等问题进行了改造。在该生产线产能达到60万t后,通过时其进行高效化改造,并把推钢式加热炉改造为步进梁式加热炉,使综合生产能力提高了19.5%。对全连续棒材轧制技术在柳钢的应用以及技术创新点进行了总结。

Abstract:The process, the equipment, the design and performance characteristics of control system of fully bar production line at Liugang have been introduced, and the production and some existing problems since starting - up at the end of Year 1999 have been analyzed. The problems of pass system, guide system and the low single line output of small specification product have been transformed. The pusher- type heating furnace has been transformed into walking beam type heating furnace so as the compositive production ability has been improved 19.5 % through carrying on high efficient reformation after the production line ability reaching 0,6 million ton. The application and innovation of fully bar rolling technology at Liugang have been summarized.
