| Abstract: | This article brings forward a cost control thought of full life cycle peried of construction cost.It is consider the fee afte the project completed in to the total construction cost,in order to promote the saving energy and protect environment in the project construction,and prolong the use life of the item.So that reach the target of saving resource and lessen the cost of construction. |
