关于产品定价决策规则

摘    要:对某重型机械设备公司所实施企业流程再造的措施后 ,企业绩效未能得到持续改善的情况进行分析研究 ,通过应用“ITHINK”软件 (一个 BPR软件包 )对公司的实际运作进行了模拟 ,发现由边际利润和市场份额决定产品价格的定价决策规则是制约公司利润增长的根本因素。由此可见 ,再造企业的产品定价决策规则 ,能够使公司的净收益大幅度增长。企业流程由企业行为决定 ,而企业行为受企业规则支配。可以预见 ,企业流程再造的下一个重点应该是“再造企业规则”。

Abstract:In this paper the status of a company,which performed BPR program by focusing on process simplification,shortening delay,and reducing backlogs,is analyzed.However,the performance of the company is not improved dramatically.With the help of ITHINK,a BPR software package,the operation of the company is modeled and simulated.Then,it is found that it is the pricing decision-rule of products that limits company's revenue.Reengineering the pricing decision-rule of products resulted in the dramatic increase of the company income.Therefore,we believe that business processes are determined by business behavior while business behavior is governed by business rules.The next level of reengineering is to reengineer business decision-rules to bring about a dramatic improvement in business performance.
