| 摘 要： | 本文以吴江七都镇为实例，论述了农村小城镇建设也必须坚持综合开发。该镇由于坚持发挥综合开发的优越性，克服了过去分散建设带来的种种弊端，仅仅三年时间，城镇建设发生了惊人的变化；吸引了大量农村富余人员就业，现已成为具有一定规模的向现代化迈进的新兴小镇。

| Abstract: | Taking Qidu town of Wujiang as an example,the author discusses that it is also essential to stick to comprehensive development in the construction of small rural towns, The real estate industry in Qidu town has a comprehensive development with advantages in five respects; to unite pla]lning and coordinated construction, to advance the construction of the publie facilities and infrastructure works, to speed up a mass house-building project, to create a good investment climate and attract foreign investors,and to help prelated industries flaurish and promote who urbanization of rural towns.Bringing the advantages of comprehensive development into play,this town has overeome the disadvantages caused by the separated construction in the past. Only in three years the town construction has undergone striking changes.A great number of unemployed people are provided with jobs.Now Qidu has become a new town of an attructing scale on the way to modernization |
