| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the 21st century, the development trends in the civil-military in- tegrated development under construction of the world armaments have become clearer and clearer. Strengthening strategy project of civil-military integration, enhancing international economic and tech- nical cooperation, emphasizing the transformation of the civilian into the military, popularizing com- petitive armaments acquisition, and reinforcing the coordination and cooperation among governments, army and enterprises gradually become the focal points of integration. |
