推进剂真空排放过程仿真与试验研究

摘    要:建立了N2 O4真空射流的物理数学模型并进行计算。计算结果表明:温度越高,闪蒸越剧烈,羽流角越大,排放时间较短,出口温度越高;管径越大,闪蒸区出口截面上闪蒸的推进剂越多,温降越剧烈。在仿真基础上开展地面试验,试验表明仿真计算结果是正确的。

Abstract:Nitrogen Tetroxide (N2 O4 )vacuum venting model is built in this paper,and is calcu-lated.Calculation results show that the higher the initial temperature of the propellant,the intenser the flashing,the wider the plume angle,the shorter it takes to empty the pipeline,the higher the out temperature;the larger the diameter the more propellant shall flash,and the greater the temperature drop.Based on the simulation results,the ground experiment is conducted,and results show that the calculation results are correct.
