微粒助留助滤系统在PM3的应用

摘    要:通过对纸机助留助滤系统进行多次优化,提高了纸机的运行性能,成纸匀度和强度都得到很大改善,成纸裂断长提高约0.5km,成纸表面强度(拉毛强度)提高50%左右。生产实践证明,剪切力场和药品加入点是微粒助留系统的必要条件。

Abstract:Through the optimization of retention and drainage aid system in paper machine,its runnability was increased,paper uniformity and strength were improved significantly with a breaking length gain of 0.5km and paper surface strength increase of about 50%.The production practice indicated that the shear force field and the chemical adding point were the necessary conditions of particle retention aid system.
