| Abstract: | The effects of polymerization degree, spinning method, drawing and finishing processes on the preparation of high strength high modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber were reviewed, as were their applications in construction and national defense and military project etc. It was pointed out that the exploitation of new products and applications of PVA fiber should be strengthened. |
