摘    要:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和改性聚氨酯按1:1的比例可制备超分子体系.该超分子体系通过对亲水性界面的选择性吸附实现对地层砂的固结,达到堵水和防砂的目的.对超分子溶液的成膜性质、堵水和防砂等性能进行了评价.结果表明,该体系在岩石表面能自组装成膜,膜的吸水率低,在30~90℃时,最大水溶胀率小于4%;堵水、防砂效果好,出砂率仅为0.03g/L,岩心伤害率为2.8%;矿场实验表明,防砂有效周期大干7个月,堵水率大于30%.

Abstract:Supramolecular solution can be prepared by modified PU and PVP as the scale of 1:1. When we apply the supramolecular system,formation sand consolidation can be realized,and the goal of water plugging and sand control may be achieved through the selective adsorption of it to hydrophilic interface.
