| 摘 要： | 针对常减压加热炉分支出口温度的均衡控制问题，提出了一种模糊控制算法和控制方案，该算法程序可嵌入于DCS、PLC等控制系统内。文中以大庆石化分公司炼油厂常减压装置中的加热炉为对象，阐述模糊控制技术在常压炉和减压炉温度均衡控制中的算法设计和实现方法。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the balancing control of the temperature of the branch outlet of the heating furnace in the Atmospheric & Vacuum Unit, a fuzzy control algorithm and control scheme were put forward, and the algorithm program can be embedded into the control systems such as DCS and PLC. Taking the heating furnace in the Atmospheric & Vacuum Distillation Unit of the Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company as the object, the article expounded the algorithm design and realization method of the fuzzy control technology in the balancing control of the temperature of the atmospheric furnace and vacuum furnace. |
