| 摘 要： | 介绍半导体外延片霍尔效应测试的理论和方法,利用霍尔效应测试可以更好地研究半导体材料电学性能,在外延片的研制过程中测试外延层的载流子浓度,利用范德堡法测试电阻率以及载流子迁移率等参数。

| Abstract: | Theoretics and methods of Hall effect test on the semiconductor epitaxy slice are introduced.Electric performance of the semiconductor material may be studied by using Hall effect test.In the process of studying the epitaxy slice,the carrier concentration of the epitaxy slice is tested,ρ and μ are tested by the Van de Pauw method. |
