摘    要:介绍了W 305型液力变矩器开发的过程。在基本几何参数一致的基础上,设计了5种液力变矩器叶栅系统方案,并且对包括W 305型液力变矩器比较基型在内的6种方案进行了稳态试验比较分析。对内流场进行了仿真分析,探讨了液力变矩器性能提高的本质原因。试验和仿真的结果充分证明了本设计方法的科学性和准确性。

Abstract:A whole process of developing the type W305 torque converter was presented in detail.Five versions of the vane cascade systems for the torque converter with the same basic geometric parameters were designed and the steady comparative experiments of these 5 versions versus the base version of W305 torque converter were performed.The simulation of the internal flow field inside the converter was made to reveal the substantial cause for the performance improvement of torque converter.Both the experiment and the simulation results show that the proposed method for the torque converter design is reasonable and accurate.
