| 摘 要： | 分析了Ａｓｓｅｌ轧管机国产化轧辊套易裂原因。通过采取离心铸造、严格轧制操作及改进轧辊辊套与辊轴装配型式等措施，提高了轧辊的使用寿命，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Causes for high crack frequency of the home - made roll bush of the Assel pipe mill are investigated. Service life of the mill roll has been prolonged, and higher efficiency obtained due to such measures taken as centrifugal casting, more stringent operation procedures and a better bush - shaft assembly type of the roll. |
