摘 要: | 采用PLC、变频器以及人机界面对门式起重机原有的老式控制系统进行了改造,介绍了控制系统的构成情况及软件设计。经调试,该系统运行良好,实现了PLC控制、全变频、无极调速以及故障显示等多重功能。

Abstract: | The paper reformed the old control system of portal cranes by means of PLC, frequency converter and human Machine interface including the composition of control system and the design of software. After debugging, the system can run well, realizing the PLC control, the entire frequency conversion, infinitely adjustable-speed and fault display. |
