直接转矩控制同步电动机励磁电流的控制研究

摘    要:针对同步电动机直接转矩控制方法动态过程中转矩角变化的问题,提出了通过实时调节励磁电流使同步电动机工作在单位功率因数下的控制方法。为了得到宽的调速范围,在直接转矩控制方法和恒转矩区励磁电流控制的基础上,研究并实现了弱磁升速的控制方法。最后,通过仿真验证了全速范围内励磁电流对电机工作状态的调节作用,得到了与理论分析一致的结果。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of synchronous motor direct torque control method in its dynamic process of torque angle, the control method of the synchronous motor work in unity power factor by adjusting the excita-tion current is put forward. In order to obtain a wide speed range, based on direct torque control method and the constant torque excitation current control, the control method of speeding up for weak magnetic is found. And finally, the regulating action of excitation current upon the operating state of motor in full speed range is verified through simulation, thus the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
