某机型货舱连接接头的疲劳和损伤容限分析

摘    要:根据某机型货舱连接接头的结构特点和应力有限元分析结果,针对危险点编制符合货舱门下部两梁之间的连接接头的细节应力谱,采用名义应力法计算得出货舱门下部梁1与梁2之间的连接接头的疲劳寿命。根据疲劳寿命计算结果,建立疲劳危险点区域的裂纹扩展分析模型,进行疲劳裂纹扩展寿命分析,最终验证了此连接接头的疲劳寿命和裂纹扩展寿命满足设计要求。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of cargo of a type plane on joint and stress finite element analysis results, aimed at the dangerous point joint details with the ca-go door between the beam 1 and beam 2 at the lower part of the stress spectrum, the nominal stress method to calculate ship hatch between lower beam 1 and beam 2 joints fatigue life. According to the results of fatigue life, analyzed model of crack up dangerous fatigue region expansion, the analysis of fa- tigue crack propagation life and residual strength, finally verified the connection joint fatigue life and the crack propagation life met the design requirements.
