摘    要:加油泵壳体是一个复杂的结构,很难通过常规方法进行计算分析。本文采用有限元法对ZCB90加油泵壳体进行强度计算。通过壳体受力状态的应力分析,计算出壳体的最大变形值及发生位置,并对壳体结构进行改进,使其满足设计要求。

Abstract:The pump shell is a complex structure, it is difficult to analyze and calculate it through the conventional method. The paper used the finite element method for strength calculation of ZCB90 petrol pump shell. Through analyzing the stress state of stress of shell, calculated the maximum deformation of the shell and its location, and the shell structure was improved to make it meet the design requirements.
