摘    要:大型重型板式给料机的发展急需出现精确的设计理论,文献6]7]分别研究了具有矩形断面和斜向梯形断面裙板的水平布置给料机牵引阻力。引用上述文献料斗底部仓压的基本方程,推导出工程上常出现的具有矩形断面裙板的倾斜布置板式给料机倾斜仓颈剪切阻力,再导出倾斜物料对侧板和底部托辊机构的摩擦阻力。这些结果和专业手册1]3]是不同的。

Abstract:The development of large heavy duty apron feeder need accurate design theory , literature 6 ] 7] studied respectively horizontal feeder traction resistance with rectangular cross section apron and oblique trapezoidal cross-section apron .Refer to the basic equations of stock bin pressure at the bottom of hopper of above literaTure, deduced tilt neck shear resistance of stock bin of tilted apron feeder with rectangular cross section apron , further deduced the tilted material frictional resistance to the side panel and bottom roller mechanisms .These results and professional manual 1]-3] are different.
