军用电子设备多芯电缆线束保护研究

摘    要:多芯电缆作为保证电子信号传输正确和可靠性的关键产品,在现代军用电子设备中得到广泛应用,其质量和可靠性直接影响着整机和电子系统的可靠性;因此,多芯线束的保护是非常重要的。针对线束保护所要考虑的导热绝缘、可靠、美观和操作简便等问题,结合工程实践,采用了多种不同类型的线束护套,详细地介绍了其应用范围、使用方法及工艺要求,并分别进行了电性能检验。结果表明,所采用的保护处理方式能切实保障电缆线束高效、高寿命和高质量的电性能传输。

Abstract:Multi-core cable harness as the main product for electric signal transmitting validity and reliability was applied in military electron equipment, the quality and security of it can affect the reliability of equipment and system. Wire harness protection technology has an important influence on the performance of military electronic equipment. The wire harness pro- tection problems were considered including thermal insulation, reliable and beautiful, simple operation, combined with the engineering practice of using a variety of different types of wire harness sheath and introduced its application scope, opera- tion method and process requirements, effectively protected the electric performance of transmission cable harness, high effi- cient, high quality of using period.
