基于CFD加油泵的内流场分析

摘    要:为了解决ZCB90型加油泵加油过程中产生大量气泡的问题,按照实际加油泵的结构和参数,建立了加油泵内部流场三维模型,应用CFD软件对加油泵的流场进行分析,给出了加油泵内的速度场、压力场和流线分布图,对容易产生漩涡和负压处结构进行优化。结果表明,改进结构后,流场中漩涡区的分布减小,最低压力提高,降低了气泡和噪声发生的可能性。该研究为加油泵的优化设计提供了理论依据,为实际工作中优化加油机结构提供了思路。试验表明,优化后,加油过程中的气泡数量明显下降,验证了所提理论的有效性。

Abstract:In order to reduce a large number of gas bubbles produced by zcBg0 type pump in the process of problems, according to the actual structure and parameters of pumps, internal flow field of the 3D model of pump model was estab- lished, the application of CFD software gave the velocity field, pressure field and the streamline distribution of inner petrol pump. It was optimized for easy to generate vortex, negative pressure structure. The results showed that the improved structure of flow field in the vortex area after distribution decreases, and the lowest pressure, reduce the air bubble and the possibility of noise. This research provided theory basis for the optimization design in order to reduce the optimization in the practical work of tankers structure provides a train of thought, after experiments showed that bubble number decreased obviously in the process of pumps to verify the proposed theory.
