基于SolidWorks的自动打印机圆柱凸轮间歇运动机构设计

摘    要:通过对圆柱凸轮间歇运动机构参数的研究及优略性分析,并根据设计任务的效率要求,建立了1个能够使工作台旋转的圆柱凸轮间歇运动机构模型,最后利用SolidWorks软件完成了三维模型的建立和零件的装配,并根据仿真结果对机构进行了优化。该设计能够提高自动打印机的工作效率,对圆柱凸轮间歇运动机构用于不同场合的具体设计有重要的意义。

Abstract:Through the cylindrical cam intermittent motion mechanism parametric study and slightly superior analysis, designed a working table rotation of the cylindrical cam intermittent motion mechanism model according to the efficiency re- quirements, finally, completed the three-dimensional model establishment and parts assembly by using SolidWorks, the mechanism was optimized according to the simulation results. The printer was designed to improve the efficiency of automa- tion, and the cylindrical cam intermittent motion mechanism specifically designed for different occasions has important sig- nificance.
