摘    要:为了开发利用粉煤灰,生产出节能环保的新型建筑材料产品,减少粉煤灰的环境污染,本实验为探索性实验,采用以复合硅酸盐水泥、砂为主要原材料,配以发泡剂、稳泡剂、增稠剂及减水剂等外加剂,制备出发泡混凝土,采用正交及对比实验方法研究了原料配合比对发泡混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响,结果表明:相同粉煤灰的掺加量随着发泡混凝土砌块孔径的增大其抗压强度降低的越快,故若想多掺加粉煤灰制备发泡混凝土砌块,其孔径必须限制在一定的范围。

Abstract:For development and utilization of fly ash in order to produce new building materials products of en- ergy-saving, environmental protection, reduce environmental pollution of fly ash, this experiment is an explor- atory experiments by using composite Portland cement and sand as the main raw materials, together with the blowing agent, foam stabilizer, thickener and superplasticizer admixtures to prepare foam concrete. And the effect of raw material mix for 28 d compressive strength of foam concrete and contrast is discussed by using or- thogonal experimental method. The results show that the compressive strength reduced sooner with the same a- mount of ash when foam concrete block aperture increases. The pore size must be limited to a certain range if more fly ash is added in preparing foamed concrete blocks
