连续驱动摩擦焊机的研究现状和展望

摘    要:摩擦焊接是一种优质、高效、节能和环保的固相连接技术,广泛应用于航空、航天、机械制造和石油勘探等领域。摩擦焊机是实现摩擦焊接技术的一种工业自动化设备,连续驱动摩擦焊接方法是最先试验成功的实用焊接方法,连续驱动摩擦焊机也是最经典的摩擦焊机。本文针对国内外连续驱动摩擦焊机设备的研究和应用现状,从主机、液压以及控制系统3个角度综述其发展概况,并在此基础上预测了连续驱动摩擦焊机的发展趋势和方向。

Abstract:Friction welding is a solid phase joining technique,which has been considered as a green technology due to its high quality,high efficiency,energy efficiency and environment friendliness.It has been widely applied in aviation,aerospace,machinery manufacturing and oil exploration and other fields.Friction welding machine is a kind of industrial automation equipment to realize friction welding.Continuous drive friction welding is the first practical friction welding method,and the machine is the most classic equipment.The state of the art of continues drive friction welding machine based on the mechanical system,hydraulic system and control system were reviewed in the paper,and the developmental trend of FRW was expected based on that.
