| 摘 要： | 针对工艺润滑系统调试及使用中常见的一些故障及异常情况，通过比较常见的两种工艺润滑系统机上设备布置特点以及对供油系统的设备选型分析，提出了工艺润滑系统中切水板、喷嘴、计量泵以及供油系统、供水系统等设计选型及使用维护中的关注重点及措施。

| Abstract: | Some common faults and anomalies of the lubrication system in use and debugging are introduced.The layout characteristics of two typical lubrication system in common machine equipment are compared , the design and equipment selection of fuel supply system are analyzed .The focus and measure on the lubrication system design selection of the wiper , nozzle, dose pump and oil/water supply system and the use of in the maintenance are discussed . |
