数值模拟技术在钢包炉流场研究中的应用与发展

摘    要:为满足用户对钢材质量日益苛刻的要求,数值模拟作为新兴的研究方法正越来越发挥重要的作用。但目前在用其研究钢包喷吹体系中,各种数学模型建立在大量的假设基础上,导致模拟结果与实际有些偏差。为此,综述了多相数值模拟技术的发展情况,介绍了其在钢包炉研究中的应用效果,并提出了今后的发展方向。

Abstract:In order to meet the increasingly strict requirement for steel quality, mathematical simulation, as a new researching method, is becoming more and more important. But now, when used for studying the ladle injection system, these mathematical equations are based on a lot of assumption, which lead to some deviation from the exact results. This paper introduces the development of multiphase mathematical simulation method and its application in ladle or ladle furnace, furthermore also makes some advises of further development.
