论深圳OCT-LOFT华侨城创意文化园的构建

针对目前构建文化产业创意园中利用老厂房、老仓库来进行改建创意产业集聚区在使用上不能完全适应高端群体需求的事实,论证了合理构建创意文化园的重要性.通过对深圳市华侨城创意文化园的规化设计,提出"原创精神"的概念,来探索创意产业园区的布局状态,这对目前更加合理地构建创意文化园是十分有益的.
