人防工程结露问题分析及治理

摘    要:为有效防治人防工程结露问题,促进人防工程平战时使用和发展,通过热力学理论知识,分析出影响结露的因素是温度和湿度,说明两者之间的关系.探讨得出在结露防治工作中,因工程设计中防水设防失效、功能布局不合理,工程建设中施工不规范、成品保护差,使结露防治工作产生一定缺陷.针对缺陷从管理、技术两方面提出若干措施建议,为人防工程结露防治提出了颇有价值的参考意见.

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent and control the condensation problem in civil air defence project and promote the using effect and development of the construction, this paper analyses the factors which lead to condensation in temperature and humidity, and explains the relationship between them. It finds out that the failure of the waterproof setting and unreasonable space distribution is caused by the absence of design, and the nonstandard conduct and the worse protection in construction. Combining with the practical problem, it puts forward the corresponding measures from the teehnology and management.
