| 摘 要： | 综述用于纺织品的喷墨印花机的发展。介绍各类喷墨印花机 ,如连续喷墨、压电喷墨和热泡喷墨各系统喷头结构及各自液滴的特征 ;分析了在DOD喷墨花机中液滴形成的过程以及喷射在纺织品上的效果。最后 ,展望了数码喷墨印花的发展前景 ,以及其它数码技术 ,如静电印刷术、电子照相术用于纺织工业的可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper overviews the development of ink jet printers of textiles, printheads in various types of printers including continuous ink jet, piezo ink jet and bubble ink jet, as well as the characteristics of the formed ink. Formation of ink drop in DOD (drop on demanded) printer and effects on the textiles after deposition are analyzed. The developing trend of the ink jet printer and feasibility of application of xerography, electro-photography techniques to the textile industry are foreseen. |
